Tile Cleaning
Tile Cleaning is important because most areas are mopped with a cleaning agent. The cleaning agent repels the dirt away from the tile into the mop water and the mop itself. The downside to this method is the floor still has mop water on it when you are done. Ideally, after every floor is mopped it should be mopped again with a new mop and clear water to remove the cleaning agent left behind. This is impractical and never happens on residential or commercial floors. That cleaning agent is left behind in the grout lines where it continues to do its job attracting dirt from people walking over the tile. This causes dirt to build up in the grout lines. Accumulation of the cleaning agent should be periodically removed by using our high pressure, high heat, enclosed tile cleaning system. This will remove the build-up and sanitize the floor bringing it back to its original state.
